All my thoughts are very mixed in my head, cause at the moment not only should I be on a lecture about media analysis and I'm not, but I'm trying to bake brownies, trying to figure out what I'll need with me in England, write feedback summary of the protu's autumn camp I was on last weekend (our theme was loosely translated "Truth is found in oatmeal") and do research for this blog.
So...
Since the first snows were mentioned earlier. They all melted away, since the next day from when I said "It hasn't rained for a while" it started raining. It still does. Not non-stop, but still.
The point is... The point.. is..
Not brains in the ocean.
But anyway, because of the difference in the temperature here and there (end of summer? seriously?) I began again thinking about the fact I realized while in Australia. That the climate in Finland is weird. I mean, the temperature differences around the year are huge compared to anywhere else in the world.
Here, I made you a table:
Hmm, seems like I don't know how to make a table. Anyway.

Unless apparently I copy-paste it from Writer.
My source is this place:http://www.weatherbase.com
Hmm, I wasn't as quite right. I mean, I'm surprisingly surprised about the temperature differences in other places too. I'm also surprised about the temperatures in Tampere. The average lowest temperature in January is supposed to be -11 celcius. (Oh, right, all the temperatures are in celcius.) But really, I would've guessed it below -15. I could also make a table of the warmest and coldest measured temperatures, but they don't necessarily tell very much.
Either way, the temperatures in Finland vary way more than in most places on Earth.
That was my point.
I mean, the only other places where the temperature is nice in the summer and actually cold in the winter are like... Moscow. It's a little too cold in Anchorage in the summer and a little too warm in Boston for both.
I still think I should move to Mauritius. It gets a little hot in the days, but it's tolerable.
This is a very messy post. And not as interesting as I thought it would be. I'll write something sensible again next week.
Ummmm.... About stuff you said...
First, it seems to me the only slightly interesting thing in Supernatural right now is whether Azekiel (who's name I'm sure I just misspelled) is actually working for the angels or actually helping the Winchesters.
Second, a month from when you failed to blog and before which you should have two extra ones is the 11th. Just so you know.
Third, a non-official NaNoWriMo? I could, though my biggest problem with writing is that nothing comes out of my head. I mean, someone give me a plot and I'll make it into a story, but for some reason I lost my imagination for making up plots back when I was 15-ish or something. I'm trying to wale it up again, though, so it might be good for me. Also, write where? Just for me on my laptop or actually put it here or dunno... Google Drive and a link here? And I (read your blog in the middle of the night) for some reason was left uncertain of whether we'd be writing the same story (which might be fun. Or horrible) or different ones. And one more thing. Right now I have five different books I should read for school and go take the exams about them. Like, preferably before Christmas. So I'm screwed with that even if I didn't put my energy into trying to come up with a story in a month.
That sounded like a no. It's not a no. It's an I'll think about it. Also, answer my questions.
Great, so I think that's all. I need to go back to baking and packing and summarising (why does this thing tell me that's not a word?).

ReplyDeleteAlso, Ezekiel is written with an e and summarize with a z.
